This Delivery & Shipping Policy describes how Sarvasv Technologies Private Limited ("Sarvasv", "Appify", "we", "us", or "our") fulfills and delivers software artifacts, digital deliverables, and synthesized applications to our clients ("Client", "you", or "your").
As a sovereign software synthesis platform and enterprise technology provider, all our deliverables are 100% digital and electronic in nature. We do not manufacture or ship physical goods.
1. Nature of Digital Deliverables
Deliverables generated through Appify include:
- Synthesized Source Code: Clean, deterministic, and auditable source repositories for target surfaces (PWA, mobile, desktop, CLI).
- Compiled Production Binaries: Digitally signed executable packages, static single binaries, and offline deployment containers.
- Security & Compliance Artifacts: Cryptographically signed CycloneDX Software Bills of Materials (SBOMs), pre-flight SAST scan reports, and NIST SP 800-53 control mappings.
- Architecture & Documentation: Technical entity schemas, integration documentation, RBAC configuration manifests, and operating runbooks.
2. Digital Delivery Methods
Deliverables are transmitted through secure, authenticated digital channels:
- Version Control Repositories: Direct commit or transfer to client-controlled Git repositories (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or private internal GitLab/Gitea bastions).
- Air-Gapped Sovereign Transfers: For defense and SCIF operators, deliveries are prepared as self-contained, offline-executable packages with SHA-256 / SHA-512 cryptographic checksums for secure airlock media ingestion.
- Private VPC / Container Registries: Direct deployment to client GovCloud VPCs or private OCI-compliant container registries.
- Secure Architecture Handover: Interactive live walkthrough sessions via secure video conference for architectural sign-off and knowledge transfer.
3. Delivery Timelines and Milestones
Delivery schedules are governed by the agreed Statement of Work (SOW) or early access pilot timeline:
- Self-Service Synthesis: Clients generating applications via the visual studio or CLI export synthesized codebases instantaneously upon trigger.
- Enterprise Pilot Milestones: Custom compliance integrations or private VPC deployments follow the sprint schedule defined in the mutual agreement.
- Timely Client Review: Clients have an agreed review window (typically 5 to 10 business days) to inspect deliverables against acceptance criteria.
4. Confirmation and Acceptance of Delivery
A digital delivery is deemed complete when:
- Source code and binary artifacts are successfully transferred to the designated repository or download bucket; or
- The Client confirms receipt in writing or accepts the milestone deliverable; or
- No written defect report is received within the agreed review window specified in the SOW.
